Amber Rose Is Singing a Different Tune About Co-Parenting With Wiz Khalifa

by A. Mia Logan

If we've learned anything from celebrity social media accounts, it's that for Pennsylvania's formerly finest couple, Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose, handling divorce and co-parenting like reasonable adults has been a difficult task. The couple, who has one child, announced their break-up last year, and the former girlfriend to Kanye West (What other job has she had?) has had a resurgence in popular media since then, even landing a book deal. The couple's bickering has involved everything from slut shaming to pointing fingers to being all out spiteful, right on our mobile and desktop devices for the entire world to enjoy.  The back and forth passive aggression came to a head last month when Wiz posted pictures of a birthday party planned for their two year old son Sebastian that Amber apparently refused to bring him to. Wiz then fired back with the track 'For Everybody,' in which he roasts his ex.

Thanks to mediation, a new Wiz song, and the realization that this whole back and forth is probably more damaging to their child than it is to one another, the non-couple has called a truce. Reportedly, after Amber heard a lyric about their son and his desire to co-parent with her in 'See You Again' -- a song Wiz did for the Fast 7 movie --  she was touched enough to reach out to the rapper directly. Going forward the pair has called a truce, and will work out the custody of Sebastian in a way that allows them both to be in his life.

Check out the life-changing lyrics to the song below.

How could we not talk about family when family's all that we got? Everything I went through you were standing there by my side And now you gonna be with me for the last ride
