Kai Cenat says he wants next with Adam22 wife Lena The Plug, who recently shot an adult movie with a man who wasn't her husband.


While Adam was initially pretty low-key about Kai disrespecting his wife like that, after thinking about it he hit Kai with his own sexual threat.
