A felony arrest warrant has been issued for Offset after he broke a fan's cell phone in a Sandy Spring, Ga. Target.

The Migos member was checking out after shopping when Junior Gibbons grabbed his cell phone and tried to record him.

"What up, Offset?" said Gibbons.

"Get the f**k out of my face," Offset shot back before he slapped the phone away.

The phone fell to the ground, and the screen shattered. So on Friday Gibbons filed a police report, and the police issued the warrant after they investigated. It's a felony because the phone costs $800, and police said Offset meant to break it.

This comes a couple of weeks after the rapper was hit with a felony for having a gun in his car last year.
