Kanye West Plans To Respond To JAY-Z's '4:44' Disses

by Daryl Nelson

JAY-Z's 4:44 album has a lot of people feeling some kind of way, doesn't it?

First rappers like Future and Boosie Badazz seemed to take offense to some of Jigga's words and responded on social media. Now Kanye West is planning to shoot back at the rap legend on his next album. At least that's what one of the co-host on The Joe Budden Podcast said when the Slaughterhouse rhymer asked what everyone was doing this coming weekend.

"Funny story, I don't like name dropping," said the co-host. "I had a cool little conversation with Kanye in L.A. He said he gotta few words in response to what JAY had on 4:44 when his next record is coming out."
The co-host then said that' Ye was really bothered by the shots that came on songs like 'Kill Jay Z' and 'Caught Their Eyes,' and he felt betrayed.

"There's some malice," Budden co-host explained. "He wasn't smiling. He was smiling before that conversation started ... He said 'Yeah man, I was next to Jay for years standing right next to him. Why he didn't give me [those] jewels he put on the album?' He was like 'Damn, he could have schooled me to all of this shit when I was right next to him.'"
How do you think Ye will fair in a lyrical toe-to-toe with Jay? Or do you think he should even respond? You can hear the conversation about Hov below at the 1:33:45 mark.
