Chance the Rapper for Mayor of Chicago?
That's what a local group of young people want, and they started a website to recruit the 23-year-old called chano4mayor.com. They also created a Twitter account, @chano4mayor2k19.
"We would be very happy if he ran," said Bea Malsky one of the organizers of the project. "[If not], we would be very happy if he'd become more politically involved, and he endorsed a candidate who stands up for the same things that he stands up for in his music."Meanwhile, Drake was asked if Chano would make a good Chicago mayor while getting into a car.
"Yes I do," he said. What do you think? Should Chance take the leap from rapper to politician? You can also see a few Twitter reactions below.
