Whether you live in Atlanta or not, there's a good chance you heard about that huge fire that burned down a major overpass on I-85. Shortly after, a man named Basil Eleby was arrested for allegedly starting the blaze. Eleby has admitted to smoking crack under the bridge, and the theory is that his crack pipe caused the fire.
But T.I. thinks something is wrong with the story and accusation.
Eleby, who is developmentally disabled, is being held on a $200,000 bond and has been charged with arson and criminal damage to property in the first degree.
