50 Cent To Chase Rick Ross Down To Georgia In Game Of Legal Cat & Mouse

by HHL JT

The game of legal cat and mouse between 50 Cent and Rick Ross continues.

50 Cent is suing his former lawyers Reed Smith for misrepresenting him during his  $7 million lawsuit loss to Ross's baby mama Lavonia  Leviston, who had sued Fif over leaking her sex tape.  He wants $32 million.

A big part of Fif's case against the law firm is they made a pre-trial agreement with Leviston's lawyers that would preclude Ross from testifying.

He needs Ross's testimony to prove that, and Ross seems to be taking great joy in ducking Fif's legal team's subpoenas and has either slipped by or strong-armed his way out five attempts to serve him.

Now 50 is trying to take the battle to Ross's home field of Atlanta.

"[50 Cent] has retained local counsel in the Northern District of Georgia and is in the process of preparing to file a Motion to Compel Ross’ compliance with the Ross Subpoena in that District," Imran H. Ansari, Esq. confirmed.

In case Fif's new Georgia based law-goons still can't track Ross down, he's asking the judge to delay his trial against Reed Smith until he can.
