The police say up-and-coming Bronx rapper Kay Flock walked into a Harlem barbershop and shot an opp to death.

Surveillance video and Flock's lawyers say the situation was much more complicated and Flock wasn't the aggressor.

Flock has been charged with second-degree murder.
