That's a line from 50 Cent in The Game's 2005 cut "Hate It or Love It," and he was quoting a line from Rakim's '80s classic "My Melody."
50 has spoken more than once about being a big Rakim fan, and on Monday, October 4, he posted a video of the legendary rapper delivering lyrics. Fif then told his followers that they better know who Rakim is.
"If you don’t know who this is please don’t talk to me in life. 🤔please and thank you," he wrote.
