He may have also sworn off food.

The 48-year-old has been looking noticeably thinner.

So much so that he has been dubbed "a quarter" by some of his followers.

Others have expressed concern about his health.

It wouldn't be the first time 50 dropped the lbs.  In 2011, he lost 50 pounds for his role as a cancer patient in the 2011 movie All Things Fall Apart.
