50 Cent Ethers Nick Cannon's Transition From a Wannabe to a Never-Been

by HHL JT

50 Cent found himself involved in Nick Cannon's latest mostly one-sided beef with Eminem.

At one point, he explained that he had told Shady not to even respond to Nick because Cannon is incapable of being a worthy opponent.

Cannon challenged 50 to practice what he preached when he then hit Fif with the diss track "Used to Look Up to You"

During Fif's Breakfast Club interview today, Fif explained why he'll still be ignoring Nick. (At least on wax.)

"I would never respond to Nick Cannon. The cameras are on, right?" 50 said as he turned toward the camera to drive his point home. "He's legendary corny. He's been corny forever. Like, forever, like from the very beginning. I thought at one point he was headed somewhere that was like in the Will Smith-ish kinda because of his comedy stuff like that, and then he just never got to his destination. He just never got cool."

50 acknowledged Nick is a good actor and businessman and wondered why he continues to sully his reputation with his wack rapping.

"I don't know why he's so passionate about it," Fif said of Cannon the rapper. "What the hell is going on?  Bro, look, you suck.  Like there's never a moment you said something when we're like 'woah bars.'"

Do you buy 50's characterization of Nick Cannon as a Dollar Store Will Smith who can't rap?
