Last month, 42 Dugg was arrested by the feds for failing to report to a West Virginia prison to serve his six-month sentence for gun possession as a felon.
Federal agents caught him in a private jet when he returned to his home of Detroit from an NBA playoff game in Memphis.
Dugg had tried to claim he is a sovereign citizen, thus immune from the laws of the United States. Of course, that didn't work, and he currently lives in federal prison.
The good news is he seems to be making friends with people of all races.
Dugg is facing up to five years when he is sentenced.
