During the summer of 1993, Nas was a hungry 19 year old with Illmatic percolating in production.

2Pac was 22 and had just dropped his break out album Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z.

The two legends were at New York City’s Palladium on July 23rd of that year. In never before seen photos, you can see the pair hanging out.

The shots are from rap photographer Al Pereira and you can also spot Redman and what looks like Diddy among the evening's subjects.

If you recognize that pose and outfit from Pac, it's because that same night he took a very famous photo with his later rival Biggie Smalls, which you can check out here.
