21 Savage Names His GOAT Rapper And Says It's Not Up For Debate

Ask a rapper who he thinks is GOAT, and they usually throw out a few names.

21 Savage doesn't play that game.

Unprompted, Savage jumped on Twitter last night and declared JAY-Z the no-doubt GOAT.

It's possible Savage's love for Jay has more to do with just bars. Roc Nation helped UK Savage during his immigration issues earlier this year by hiring him a lawyer even though he's not a Roc Nation client.
