On Everday Struggle today, 21 explained why the track wasn't on the album -- and why it will never get a CDC.

"Coz somebody leaked it and I was like.. man, fuck it, I’mma just drop the album with all me,” he said of the feature-less 'Issa'. “I knew people were expecting the song to be on it but I’m like, I’m not gonna put it there so it could start some controversy,”

'Issa' did 77K first week, exceeding expectations. So there may have been something to it.
