Young Buck doesn't have much of a resume as an actor.

Nevertheless, he says the producers of the 2Pac biopic All Eyez On Me were going to overlook that and give him the film's lead role before Pac's doppelganger Demetrius Shipp Jr came along and snagged the part.

"People don't know this, but I was supposed to play Pac. I was supposed to play Tupac Shakur," Young Buck told DJ Smallz. "I actually was lined up as one of those guys that was considered to play 2Pac. I was almost told I was already given the role without the audition, until Pac himself came around."

"Pac himself" would be Shipp, who bares a striking resemblance to the late legend.

Buck went on to say that many people -- including members of Pac's group Outlawz -- have told him he looks like Pac and has some of his mannerisms.
