You have to give it to XXL, their annual freshman list is still a really big deal.

The 2016 version should drop in a few months. But it looks like Formula TV may have gotten an early leak on who made the cut.

Don't know how true this is, but #XXL fresh class 'Sweet Sixteen' Edition just got leaked. How many of these artists do you listen to?

Last year, there were only ten artists on the list -- with one of them chosen by fans. This list has 16, for 2016. Or perhaps it is still being whittled down.

For all we know this is a complete fabrication. But if it isn't, what do you think?
