As The Weeknd rides high off the success of 'Earned It', his sophomore album has just been given a release date. Republic Records has confirmed Revolt TV's report that the Canadian singer's currently untitled project will drop August 28.
Charlie Walk, executive President at Republic Records, also teased on Twitter that fans will hear the next Weeknd single sometime in June. For now, you can listen to his most recent guest feature on Belly's 'Might Not.'
Do you think The Weeknd will avoid the sophomore jinx?
Update: The Weeknd takes to Twitter to say that this release date is false. The wait continues..
