Earlier this year, Waka Flocka announced he was running for President.

Unfortunately that was a joke: Waka's 29 and the Constitution requires the President to be at least 35.

But what he can be is Speaker of the House of Representatives. Yup, oddly, you don't even have to be in Congress to be elected Speaker -- which is the third highest office in the land after the President and Vice President.

And ever since tan man John Boehner stepped down from the Speaker chair last month, Congress needs a new leader.
