21 Savage has been publicly making a play for Kylie Jenner, even though she's dating Savage's fellow rapper Tyga.

He's told Kylie she needs a real savage, and spoke on tearing her ass up.

T-raww didn't say anything at first. But he just made himself known on Instagram, posting a photo of of him and Kylie in a sweet ride.
