Tyga -- aka the real Birdman Jr. -- finally paid someone.

Under the threat of arrest, T-Raww just cut a cashiers check for 250K to a former landlord who had sued him for non-payment.

But that may have just opened the floodgates.

Tyga also owes jeweler Jason of Beverly Hills 200K in cash for stiffing him on a watch and chain.

When Jason read about Tyga paying his landlord, he immediately called the lawyers who had represented the property owner and asked them to rep him in his case against the rapper/Kardashian figure.

Given that Tyga owes money to many people, this could be the start of a class action like assault on the 26-year old's checkbook and freedom.
