In May, a judge awarded Turk a $1.3 million default judgement in his suit against Cash Money for unpaid royalties because Birdman and company never showed up in court.
However, the New Orleans Advocate reports that on June 30th Turk went back to court and told U.S. District Judge Kurt Engelhardt to drop the suit because the two parties had reached an amicable settlement.
The terms of the settlement were not disclosed, but the case was dismissed with both sides paying their own legal fees.
Earlier this week, Lil Wayne announced he would be reuniting with Turk, Juvenile and Mannie Fresh as the Hot Boys during the August 28th Lil' Weezyana Fest.
Wayne is still involved in his own $51 million suit against Baby and Cash Money.
