Producer Dr. Luke may or may not still be at Sony.

Either way, Kesha is still under contract with Sony. The pop star tried to legally separate herself from the record label after accusing Dr. Luke of sexually assaulting her. However, that case was thrown out of court. Then, earlier this month, a judge dismissed all of Kesha's charges against Dr. Luke.

But The Game still thinks Sony should release Kesha from her contract

"Let her off the label," Game told TMZ. Let her do her thing. I don't understand music and the slave mentality. If the artist is not happy, you should let the artist do their thing." "Fuck that contract," he continues. "You know what a contract is? A piece of paper that I signed when I was dumb and illiterate to the music business. Then you figure it out, you get smart, you get aware, you realize you signed some bullshit."
Check out the video below. (And make sure to never ask Game for money.)
