Tech N9ne has announced May 5 as the release date for his upcoming album, Special Effects. The LP will be preceded by an April tour with Chris Webby, Krizz Kaliko, Murs, King 810 and Zus.  Specific dates and ticket information have yet to be revealed, but they should be on their site soon.
