Stitches, who's had a tough run lately, is now facing the battle of his life.

The 20-year old got on Instagram yesterday, and reported a serious health problem -- which is believed to be cancer.

Stitches first announced he had cancer in April of 2015. When asked about it in November, he stated "Nigga, I ain't got cancer no more! I took that shit out my neck. Stitches gonna live forever, man."

Stitches has a history of making provocative statements which likely aren't true -- for example his claims of having sex with Kylie Jenner.

However, we don't believe anyone would lie about something as serious as cancer.
