We all know Drake has plenty of acting experience, thanks to the millions of Degrassi jokes that have been hurled at the artist formally known as Aubrey Graham over his Hip Hop career

If Spike Lee had his way, Drake would be re-introduced as a thespian in a big way; as one of the leads in School Daze Too.

The massive Sony Pictures security breach, which is sparking embarrassment and LOLs everywhere, has revealed that last year Lee finished a script for the sequel to School Daze, the film that put the director on the map back 1988. Lee's agent pitched the sequel to Sony as such:

This is a new draft that Spike has written after meetings with Drake, who will play the lead role of PE*NIS, and Kevin Hart who will play DAT NIGGA JIGGA. The budget is $9 million (net, after Georgia tax credits), not including historic costs, star salaries, creative producer fees.
It doesn't appear there was any interest from Sony in the film, despite its relatively small budget and name brand stars. Still, it's notable Drake was prepared to play a character named PE*NIS.
