Jay Electronica remains the mystery man of Hip Hop. He's pushing 40 and has never released an album.  But whenever he drops a single we all stand up and listen. His latest is the CDC version of 'Road To Perdition,' which sort of features Jay Z.

Hov, who signed Electronica to Roc Nation back in 2010, just shows up through some samples of his track 'Success.'

But the other Jay has the kind of bars that don't require any features.

Rumor has it, Electronica's much-anticipated album Act II: Patents of Nobility (The Turn) will one day exist. For now, what do you think of the track?
