Rick Ross has been pulling out all he promotional stops for his upcoming album Hood Billionaire. He's had singles galore, a free album stream on iTunes, he took over MTV News for a day, and he also made this screwball video for #RossFit on Funny or Die.

Ross has lost a lot of weight lately, and he spills his secrets in the sketch. Apparently, the key to shedding pounds is regiment of wearing a thick chains, rolling blunts, eating lemon pepper wings, pouring champagne on strippers, bobbing your head to Rick Ross music, and a deep-seated hatred of Bruce Springsteen (aka "The Boss.")

Oddly, he mentions nothing of pears, which sort of makes the whole thing bogus and makes us want to hit "die." Hood Billionaire drops November 24.
