Earlier this week, a video of Rich Homie Quan smoking what appears to be weed with his one year old son hit the Internet.

Quan had posted the clip on snapchat, and then others recorded for perpetuity.

Georgia authorities were among those to watch the unusual father-son bonding, and now Quan is being investigated by Child Protective Services and the Fulton County Police Department.

Child Protective Services wants to sit down with RHQ and determine what exactly is going on in the video. If they don't like what they find out, Quan could face criminal charges, including endangering a child and reckless behavior.

Moral of the story? Put that camera phone down.
