The rapper who snatched Shy Glizzy's chain was arrested on drug charges last week.

Bradley Rankin (AKA Casino) is one of the Memphis-based Concrete Cartel members who bragged about stealing the chain on videos which they posted to social media. Casino also dropped the track 'Shy Glizzy Diss', before eventually returning the chain.  (They actually sold it for 10K to Yo Gotti associate Blac Youngster, who's also been in the news lately.)

Police spotted Casino leaving a location in Southest Memphis and surrounded his vehicle. He had 42 ecstasy pills in his pocket and $5,125 in cash. The 22-year old was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver/sell.

Rankin already had multiple warrants out for his arrest for felony possession of marijuana, felony possession of a Schedule IV drug, possession of felony narcotic in a school zone, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of drug paraphernalia and alteration of serial number.

While he hasn't been charged in the chain snatching yet, it stands to reason that the attention he brought upon himself with his Internet flexing encouraged the police to finally come down on him on the other charges he had been racking up.
