Rae Sremmurd made a splash back in January when they released their debut album, Sremmlife. Over the summer, the duo revealed that they planned to drop the second installment sometime in December. Well, it looks like plans have changed.
Their producer Mike Will Made-It went on Twitter to announce that Sremmlife 2 will drop once the first album goes platinum. Stremmlife has sold about 120,000 copies to date, so it seems unlikely that the duo will reach Mike's unrealistic goal in our lifetimes or any others. This promotional tactic might be worse than when TDE tried to convince fans they'd decide Jay Rock's release date based on pre-order sales.
SremmLife 2 season once Sremmlife 1 goes platinum.. Let's go #Sremmurds !
