Last week we caught a peek at a very entertaining video of Raekwon talking about the time he and the late Ol' Ditry Bastard got dusted and had a Wu-Tang push-up contest.

We just got another one from the vault, a 30 minute chat the ODB did with MTV in 1997. (Hence the Tommy top.) In it, he talks about getting clean, his never-ending roster of children, and his half-singing half-rapping spitting technique.

The reissue of the interview is part of a collaboration between MTV and Genius, so you can head over to the lyrics site and see Dirt Dog's words annotated.

We're not sure if that's necessary because he was actually being quite clear in all of his eccentricity.
