50 Cent really does have the cash to post stacks on Instagram.

But he doesn't have nearly enough to pay his bills.

The 40-year old's latest bankruptcy filings reveal he has $7.4 million in cash-based assets and $8.8 million in property holdings (mostly the Connecticut mansion he's trying to sell), for a grand total of a little over $16 million.

While that sounds great to all of us working stiffs, he also happens to owe $28 million to just his top 20 creditors, including seven million to Rick Ross’s baby mama.

And that's why he needs bankruptcy protection.

And that's also why he was probably feeling a bit blue when he learned The Game has over $13 million just sitting in an account for charity.
