He's not riding with Nicki anymore, but Meek Mill's still going to ring in the New Year in style.

He'll be getting $200,000  to perform at the Dream Nightclub in South Beach. In addition, he gets 20 grand in travel expenses and 10 bottles of Ace of Spades, 5 bottles of Moet Nectar Rosé and Hennessy and tequila.

If you want to party with Meek and his well-sauced crew it costs $60 for females and $109 for guys, with VIP packages ranging between 4k and 10k.

Last year, Meek and Nicki Minaj were supposed to do a joint Vegas NYE show for 140K each. But it got cancelled because of Mill's house arrest.

No word yet on what Nicki is doing New Year's this year.
