Lil Wayne isn't taking the release of a sex tape featuring him, his socks and two strippers laying down.

Weezy's lawyers have sent a cease and desist letter to the website Hollywood Street Kings, which is hosting a trailer to the homemade porn.

Wayne had threatened to sue anybody who distributed the clip before Street Kings posted it.

But the bad reviews of his bedroom performance probably made him even more litigious. As of Saturday morning, the tape is still up on Street Kings.
