The legal battle between Lil Wayne and Birdman continues.
TMZ has uncovered new documents Wayne has filed against his Cash Money boss and former father figure.
In them, Weezy alleges Baby and Cash Money have "grossly mismanaged" CM imprint Young Money by not paying people who are owed money, and not properly disclosing profits.
Tunechi's lawyers say that Cash Money has made the environment at Young Money so bad that Young Money superstars Drake and Nicki Minaj are preparing to leave the label.
Earlier this year, Wayne filed suit against Cash Money claiming Birdman violated his contract by not paying him his 8 million advance on Tha Carter V.
