For his latest stunt, celebrity harasser Vitalii Sediuk tried to kiss Kim Kardahsian right in the ass as she walked past paparazzi in Paris.
Sediuk is the same guy who was elbowed by Gigi Hadid last week, and two years ago tried to tackle KK when she was in Paris.
According to TMZ, Kim is furious Sediuk tried to plant one on her buttocks and plans to file a police report.
On the other hand, hubby Kanye is jealous and can't understand why such random adulation doesn't happen to him more often.
