Kanye West hasn't been keeping a careful eye on his trademarks.
And he just may lose one of his most iconic ones.
According to TMZ, a Chinese clothing company trademarked the phrase "Yeezy Boost" after the Yeezy name became available last year.
For unexplained reasons, 'Ye and company abandoned the "Yeezy" trademark for all clothing items besides shoes in 2017.
He's since attempted to get "Yeezy" back for clothing but was told he wouldn't be able to because the Fujian Baby Network Technology Co. now holds that trademark.
Kanye can still produce Yeezy shoes and will likely try to negotiate a settlement with Fujian for the rest.
