Joey Badass thought he was having a little fun with Donald Trump impersonator Phillip Wilburn at a MTV event last September.

In the clip below, Joey gives Wilburn a push, and the impersonator goes into the crowd.

Wilburn is now saying he was injured in the incident. So he's suing to recover the $1000 he incurred in initial medical expenses, and the 75K he thinks he may lose for surgery and lost wages.

Then he wants another $1.5 million in punitive damages.
