Last week, Dot Da Genius revealed that he was married to Jhene Aiko in a now-deleted IG post. The couple, who had been dating since 2014 apparently tied the knot a while ago.
It looks like the marriage didn't last.
In a cover story with Flaunt Magazine to promote Twenty88, her joint project with Big Sean, Jhene Aiko insisted that she's single and even hinted at a future romance with the Dark Sky Paradise rapper.
"I don’t really record love songs," she said of Twenty88. "I usually express it when it’s gone bad. It was good to have songs from when it was a happy moment. It’s us having fun. And it’s also a look into our future too, you know, maybe…”The interview also reveals a K-Ci & Jojo collaboration on the album. Twenty88 will explore sex, love, '90s R&B, '70s experimental Rock/Soul, and more. It drops April 1.
