It's been quite a journey for Ice Cube, from gansta rap pioneer to corporate pitchman. Along the way -- 22 years -- he's been married to the same woman.

But he hasn't forgotten how to smooth talk a lady at the bar. On "Ellen" today, Cube and the morning show host played a game of ice breakers (get it, Ice Cube?) in which they fired their best pickup lines at each other until one was wooed into submission. Check it out.

I lost my number, can I have yours," Ice Cube started with.

"Did it hurt when you feel from heaven," Ellen shot back.

It sort of went on from that. There was even the one about Memphis and the only ten I see. In the end, there wasn't really a winner, but we all learned a little more about pick up lines so bad they just might work.
