The Game Lost His Lawsuit To Cop He Punched

For the second time in about a week, The Game has lost a lawsuit to somebody he punched.

This one steams from an incident earlier this year when Game was caught on tape slugging an off-duty cop during a pro-am basketball game. Onyebuchi Awaji sued Game for the punch, and on Wednesday a judge ruled in Awaji's favor when Game didn't show up to court.

The Documentary emcee will have to cough up 100K, 60k for damages and 40K for punitive. While that's a nice payday for Awaji, it's a lot less than the $12 million he was seeking. Game still faces criminal charges in the case.

Right before Christmas, a different judge had ruled Game owed 40 Glocc $3,000 for jumping him on a Hollywood street in 2012.

That case still has a punitive round, so Game could end up owing 40 more.
