Is the Rap God a rap thief? According to TMZ, Raymond Jones of the group Hotstylz is suing Eminem and his record label for $8 million because he says Em's 2013 hit 'Rap God' sampled a 25 second portion of the Hotstylz song 'Lookin Boy' without permission or attribution.

Eminem is in good company when it comes to being sued for swiping samples. Last month, Jay-Z was hit with a similar claim over 'Drunk in Love,' his hit with his wife Beyonce.
