The Internet freaked out yesterday when it was "reported" that Eminem and Drake were preparing to do battle.

Hot 97's Ebro sparked the discussion by speculating that Eminem would come at Drake for Joe Budden -- and that Drake had told him he had something for Shady if he did.

However, Ebro took back the part about Drake's arrogant preparation for Em, saying it was "such a joke and people ran with it."

Drake also weighed in on IG.
