Desiigner just caught a huge break in his road rage arrest.

The District Attorney overseeing his case has dropped the gun charges against him because police never found the weapon he was allegedly waving at another motorist.

Desiinger still faces charges of felony possession of a controlled substance and menacing.

However, unlike the gun charge, these can probably be taken care of without prison time.

After his release, he made a statement that is every bit as hype as you would expect it to be.

So it looks like we're going to have Desiigner to kick around for a while.
