Last month, Derrick Rose's ex girlfriend sued the Bull's star for drugging and gang raping her in 2013.

Rose immediately denied the charge through his lawyer, and has now addressed them in court papers.

According to Rose's documents, the woman "consented to sexual interaction with more than one co-defendant on more than one occasion, consented to sexual interactions on the day in question, and invited the [multiple] defendants to her apartment and buzzed them in.

In the woman's account, Rose and two of his friends "broke" into her apartment when she was in a drugged state.

Rose goes on to say that the next day his accuser went to work like nothing happened, and didn't seem upset about the incident until months later when Rose refused to reimburse her the cost of an erotic toy she had purchased and used during the group sex.

Allegedly, the women became angrier and angrier when he wouldn't address the sex toy situation or return her texts.

The woman is suing for unspecified damages, which means more than just the cost of a dildo.
