Karrueche Tran's restraining order hearing against Chris Brown was postponed, because the singer can't be located to serve him papers.
Back in February, Tran accused Brown of punching her, throwing her down a flight of stairs and threatening to shoot her, so she wants him to stay away.
All of those claims are false, said Brown's lawyer Mark Geragos, who added that Karrueche just wants to become more famous.
"A lot of people use Chris to enhance their profile," he told TMZ. "[The restraining order she wants is] doomed to failure."Geragos also said he refuses to help Karrueche serve Chris the papers for the restraining order hearing.
"I'm not here to help anybody increase their profile for self-promotion," he stated.Karrueche's lawyer Jacob York shot right back at Geragos. If you remember, York and Brown had a nasty social media fight in March of 2016, and they clearly don't like each other.
"Please don't use Karrueche's name to distract from your client's current negative issues," replied York. "Let's handle this in court."Who do you believe? Is Ms. Tran really lying about being abused to achieve more fame, or did Chris actually do all of those things?
