We have to admit that we sometimes forget about Machine Gun Kelly.
But he has himself a pretty healthy fan base. What he hasn't had is the kind of hit album that pushes him to the forefront.
Will his third album Bloom be that hit?
According to Hits Daily Double, it's projected to move 65-70k SPS first week, 35-40k of which are proper albums.
That's better than his first two albums -- neither topped 60K. But it's nothing like the breakout Logic had last week with Everybody.
Speaking of Logic, his third album is going to take a significant dive in its second week.
After debuting with an impressive 247K, he's only expected to move 50-55 K this week.
That's in contrast to the 110-120K Kendrick Lamar's DAMN. is still moving over one month in.
Here are the top ten projected albums this week:
1. Harry Styles (Columbia) 240-250k SPS, 195-205k albums 2. Zac Brown Band (Atlantic) 155-165k, 145-155k 3. Kendrick Lamar (TDE/Interscope) 110-120k, 28-32k
4. Chris Stapleton (Mercury Nashville) 70-85k, 65-75k 5. Machine Gun Kelly (Interscope) 65-70k, 35-40k 6. Paramore (Atlantic) 55-65k, 50-55k 7. Drake (YMCMB/Republic) 55-60k, 3-4k
8. Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 2 (Hollywood) 50-55k 9. Logic (Def Jam) 50-55k, 9-12k 10. Ed Sheeran (Atlantic) 45-50k, 17-20k
