The long saga of Birdman's Miami mansion has finally ended.
In classic Baby fashion, he had stopped paying the $12 million dollar mortgage on the the 20,000 square-foot, seven-bedroom, 12 bathroom mansion. The Cash Money boss paid $14.5 million for the abode in October 2012 and then added a few million in renovations, before dealing with a long foreclosure process that involved Gucci bikes.
All the while he was trying to sell the Palm Island property, which once belonged to Scott Storch. He started at $20 million and has finally found a buyer at the bargain price of $10,850,000.
While Birdman will end up taking quite a bath on the property, he lives to take out another mortgage he won't pay.
