So it turns out that Beyoncé isn't only a top notch entertainer, she's a darn good A&R person too.

According to No I.D., who produced JAY-Z's 4:44 album, Bey was heavily involved in the recording process, even though JAY talks about cheating on her in certain songs.

"I always call Bey our de facto A&R," said No I.D. during a Q&A with The New York Times. "Pillow talk is the strongest conversation on the planet. Every song has to get past her ears, in my eyes ... She came by a lot and played a good part in helping us get over hurdles on certain records. Of course, she's genius-level with that."
What do you think about your woman being so heavily involved in your music or art, to the point where's she making decisions on it? Would you be cool with that?
